Returns

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• You must provide a clear photo of the issue

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will either:

• Send you a free replacement, or

• Issue a full refund

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Because all items are printed to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase before production begins.
